Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative. As an Agent Team Member, you will be responsible to…
- Greet each customer when they walk in.
- Answer and route all calls.
- Checking voice mail and creating tasks for team members.
- Process incoming and outgoing postal mail.
- Set- appointments & update calendar for team members.
- Make birthday and anniversary calls.
- Assist with planning and setting up events & outings.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As an Agent Team Member, you will need to be…
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Present a professional & friendly appearance.
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
- Previous insurance service experience. State Farm experience preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- High School Diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Property and Casualty license 4-40 or 2-20
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- This position may require you to work certain evenings (for marketing/events) and/or Saturdays.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
